Getting to great search UX
At ADP, I started an initiative to guide the evolution of search in our core products. After initial discovery, I partnered with the search platform team and started consulting with a variety of product teams on their approach to search. I’m also providing creative direction and subject expertise to a team developing UI design patterns for search and writing detailed guidance for teams to put it all in place.

Product modernization

I was also an active contributor via foundational information architecture, content strategy, and interaction design work. Retirement plan tool
At Capital Group, we were asked to re-design an existing tool. I took the opportunity to build on our mental model research, drive changes to the product roadmap based on user needs, and embody it in the a modular approach to modifying the existing tools to help us prepare for bigger changes down the road.
